TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms are issued by Cybersol360, operating as Cybersol360 Ltd (registered in England and Wales, United Kingdom) and Cybersol360 (Pakistan), together referred to as “Cybersol360,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” The precise contracting entity is subject to finalisation following legal review, described further in the Governing Law section below. These Terms govern your use of Bellbee, Cybersol360’s WhatsApp automation SaaS product, accessible at bellbee.ai and dashboard.bellbee.ai. As Cybersol360 launches additional products or services, separate or additional terms may apply to those offerings.
Definitions: “Bellbee” or “the Service” means the WhatsApp automation platform described above. “Business Owner” or “you” means anyone who registers for a Bellbee account. “End-Customer” means anyone who messages a Business Owner through Bellbee’s AI assistant. “AI Assistant” means the automated WhatsApp chatbot powered by Bellbee’s AI engine. “Content” means text, data, and materials you upload or configure through Bellbee. “AI Tokens” means units of AI processing capacity allocated per subscription plan. “WABA” means WhatsApp Business Account, which Cybersol360 manages on your behalf as a Meta Technology Provider.
Acceptance of terms: by registering for a Bellbee account, you confirm you’ve read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy at cybersol360.com/privacy-policy, that you’re at least 18, that you have authority to bind yourself or the business you represent, and that you’ll comply with applicable law, Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy, and relevant data protection rules.
Account registration and security: you agree to provide accurate, current information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice where immediate action is needed to address suspicious activity or a security risk.
Description of the service: Bellbee connects your WhatsApp Business number to an AI assistant (via the Meta WhatsApp Business API and Evolution API), generates AI replies using a large language model based on your configured business context, provides a dashboard for managing conversations, appointments, orders, and analytics, and handles subscription billing and notifications. Bellbee is a business communication tool. We don’t guarantee AI-generated responses will always be accurate or complete, and you’re responsible for monitoring them and maintaining human oversight of your customer communications.
Subscription plans and billing: Bellbee offers a free trial and paid monthly plans, priced in PKR and published at bellbee.ai, subject to change with 30 days’ notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Token packs are one-time add-ons consumed before subscription tokens. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never stored on Bellbee’s servers. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. A 2-day grace period applies after expiry, during which the AI assistant keeps working. After that, AI replies are suspended until payment succeeds, though your dashboard and billing history remain accessible. We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price increase. Continued use after that date means you accept the new pricing.
Refunds: subscription fees and token purchases are generally non-refundable. The one exception is a verified technical failure on our own infrastructure that makes the core service completely unavailable for 48 or more continuous hours, excluding issues caused by Meta, WhatsApp, other third-party providers, or anything outside our reasonable control. To request this, email [email protected] within 14 days of the failure with your account details. Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days. Token packs are non-refundable once any tokens have been used.
Acceptable use: you may use Bellbee only for legitimate business communication, such as customer service, bookings, orders, and FAQs for your own registered business. You must not use it to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, distribute illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent content, violate Meta’s WhatsApp policies, impersonate anyone, phish or deceive, collect more end-customer data than necessary, run political or mass promotional campaigns outside Meta’s rules, resell or white-label the platform without our written permission, reverse-engineer or decompile our software, or introduce malware. Violating this may result in immediate suspension without refund, a report to Meta, and possible legal action.
Content and intellectual property: you keep ownership of the content you upload or configure (business info, listings, FAQs, pricing, hours). You grant us a licence to use, store, and process it only as needed to run the service for you. You’re responsible for the accuracy and legality of AI-generated replies sent through your account; we don’t warrant their accuracy. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data (never identifying any individual business or customer) to improve the product and inform new features. This right continues even after you close your account. Bellbee’s software, AI models, dashboard, and branding belong to Cybersol360. Nothing here gives you rights to that beyond your licence to use the service while subscribed.
WhatsApp and Meta obligations: your use of Bellbee is subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms and Policy, as updated by Meta from time to time. You’re responsible for getting proper consent from your customers before messaging them. We manage your WABA as a Meta Technology Provider, but Meta can independently suspend or revoke WABA access for policy violations, separate from your standing with us. You must disclose to your customers that AI automation is in use, and give them a way to reach a human at any time.
Enforcement and termination: serious violations (spam, illegal content, fraud, security breaches, anything risking our BSP status) can result in immediate suspension, with a 30-day window to retrieve your data before permanent deletion. Minor violations (inaccurate business info, small policy breaches) get a warning and a 7-day window to fix the issue before suspension, and a further 14 days before permanent termination. We may also terminate any account with 30 days’ notice absent any violation, for example due to a platform restructuring.
Your right to cancel: cancel any time via the dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. AI functionality ends at the close of your current billing period. Your data is kept 30 days for export, then deleted (payment records are kept 7 years as required by law). No refund is given for the unused part of a billing period.
Dispute requirements and bad-faith claims: any claim or demand against Cybersol360 must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or [email protected], with reasonably sufficient detail and evidence to substantiate the claim, before any legal action is initiated. Vague, anonymous, or unsubstantiated threats of legal action do not constitute a valid notice under these Terms and impose no obligation on Cybersol360 to respond or settle. Cybersol360 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including recovery of legal costs, against any party who makes a claim, demand, or public statement against Cybersol360 that is knowingly false, made in bad faith, or intended to extract payment or other benefit without a genuine legal basis.
Limitation of liability: this is the legally important part, so please read it. Bellbee is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranty of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. We’re not responsible for failures caused by Meta, WhatsApp, our AI provider, our payment processor, our hosting provider, or other third parties outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated replies. You are solely responsible for monitoring what your account sends.
Indemnification: you agree to indemnify and hold Cybersol360 harmless from claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of Meta’s policies or any law, content you upload that infringes someone else’s rights, any claim from an end-customer related to your use of Bellbee (including AI responses or data handling), or your failure to get proper consent from your customers.
Disclaimer of warranties: Cybersol360 disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that Bellbee will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
Changes: we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice by email before material changes to these Terms or to pricing take effect. Emergency changes needed for security, legal compliance, or a Meta policy change may take effect immediately, with notice given as soon as practical. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you don’t, you can cancel per the section above.
Governing law and corporate structure: these Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes go through 30 days of good-faith negotiation first, then the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan. Cybersol360 operates as two entities, Cybersol360 Ltd (UK) and Cybersol360 (Pakistan), and the precise contracting entity and IP structure between them is subject to finalisation following legal review. Until then, all obligations here apply to Cybersol360 as a whole.
General: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific order forms, are the entire agreement between you and Cybersol360 about Bellbee. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a provision once doesn’t waive our right to enforce it later. You can’t assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a merger or sale. We’re not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government action, Meta outages, internet infrastructure failures). These Terms are written in English, and the English version controls if translated versions conflict.
